Hi! My name is Dr. Kimberly Allen

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 19 years’ experience in the mental health field. The strength of my clinical background is rooted in my early work in crisis intervention and working with adults with severe mental illness. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with a variety of individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief/loss.

My practice specializes in assisting women 18+ in navigating the unique societal, biological, and psychological challenges we experience throughout early, middle, and late adulthood. These unique stressors, and the way we incorporate them into our personal narrative, can have a significant impact on our emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships. As women, the roles we are assigned, adopt or accept throughout our lives can often leave us feeling overwhelmed, unfulfilled, and questioning our place and purpose in an ever-changing world. Regardless of age or circumstance you deserve to live your life authentically, without judgement or unrealistic expectations.
