Whether you have been in therapy before, or are considering it for the first time, a “good fit” between you and your therapist is the most important factor in determining positive outcomes in therapy. I welcome you to come into each session unapologetic, un-edited, and exactly who you are in that moment. I will respectfully challenge you to think outside of the identified problem and embrace alternative solutions.
I consider therapy a collaborative and interactive relationship, with you as the narrator and editor of your life story. My role in your journey is that of a supportive partner who can assist you in developing the insight and genuine self-acceptance to redefine how you exist in the world.
While I provide and utilize a variety of proven and effective techniques, YOU are the expert on you. My straightforward and solution focused approach is individualized to assist you in identifying and accomplishing your specific needs and goals.
